Differences

Defamation- Damage done to ones reputation caused by lying or inaccurate written or spoken statements

Libel- Information that is inaccurate or misleading presented in a written format that causes quantifiable damage

Copyright Infringement- any action (file sharing, posting videos on you tube, etc) or creation (movie, novel, comic, short story, etc) that violates another persons intellectual property rights

Parodying- any work or action meant to mock/ impersonate something else for artistic or satirical reasons. This is a type of free Speech protected by “satire” laws.
