Character Development
Siti is a quiet and shy person. She is more of an introvert however, since moving here she felt the need to change. She wants to be more open, outgoing and independent. She wants to prove to herself that she can speak up and talk to people comfortably. So she goes out to explore the city and starts having short conversation with people. The first few conversations would be kind of rusty like she feels uncertain of her way of talking. Later on, she starts to find her confidence in talking and have longer conversation with the people she meets. As the audience you will be able to see the change in her personality while the characters she meets along the way would not know who she is exactly. These people would give different opinions of my main character. At the end, during her redefining moment she will tell us about the change in her. How has the change, change her?
The emotions that I felt during the first test shoot has made me apply it to my main character because I feel that we were experiencing the same things.

I was thinking the amount of characters that my main character would talk to and might add along the way. The amount of characters I was thinking would be around eight people.
2 to help her take pictures
2 to help her with directions
2 for recommending food/ places
2 others
The first time around she will meet each of this characters with her personality still being shy and would only say the basic words like “thank you” and would not prolonged any conversations. Later on in the story she would meet this kind of characters again but different people. She will talk more, confidently and have longer conversations with them. I want it to have a similar setting such that the audience can see the change in my main character.
