Shot recreation

This is our shot recreation from my presentation on The Handmaids Tale. We chose this scene because it was one of the only scenes (out of all of our presentations) with a shot that was realistically achievable to recreate in the time frame we were given. Within the original shot there are a few things that make it feel obscure, the angle of the shot, her positioning within the frame and the focus of the shot being solely on her. We struggled to find a place that gave us this height with the allowance to try and pull focus on the protagonist. I feel like the end shot we created is good, however my positioning within the frame could be more slightly to the left and my body should be more positioned to face the opposing side of the screen. Also the depth of the shot and the focus is something that could be improved as well. However with all of us having limited knowledge on how to use the camera plus the location we shot this shot re-creation at, it made this a bit difficult.
