I am quiet happy as the director practice my investigation today. Practice some camera angles and movements. I really like the shot that the man was drunk sits on the floor, then the girl come out the lift, only shot her feet. I felt that shot might causes curious to audience, can not see the girl’s face, only her feet walking, audience might more wanted look the girl’s face. And for the movement, I was using hand-held tracking the man, first is a MCU of the man’s feet, highlights he is drunk, then following he walk the camera tilt up (MS),this tracking shows the man’s status, with shake the camera.

In Tan’s one single shot, I really like the way he uses POV to shoot. 4 actors at 4 spots, Tan uses hand held just like he is the participant looking through what happened at that time.  I really like one shoot that Jessie call Renee, Jessie open the door then the camera moving fast to Renee, then tracking Renee’s movement to the door.

As reviewed mine shoot, lots of issues come out, framing, perspective, and movement, causes I failed on this exercise, that remind me and punch me needs prepared well when next time shooting, needs me write down all the details avoid those issues happened.
