Have watched Wong’s film ‘ChungKing Express’, at the beginning of this cinema, Wong used lots of tracking, with lots of different angles cover the scene. The first time I watched this scene, I feel dizzy because of each cut was too fast and the shot shake too fast. This opening sequence employs an unusual stutter-step effect, most likely achieved by removing every second frame—or even every second and third frame—and duplicating the others.

In my own scene, I wanna created a shot that people come out and in the lift, I was thinking i wanted shot it in different angles, first, only focus on their walking, second, MS when they come out, just using two or three extras creates a fast movement that people passing through lift, which need edit like in Wong’s ChungKing Express, duplicating. Then makes duration faster.

Or, Wong uses fixed shot a lot, that what i want to try, not changing camera position, focus, only the actor moving.
