Hey y’all sorry I’ve been away for so long (talking like people are actually reading this is doing my head in).
Anyway, I’m going to talk about some of the things raised in the unlecture!
Basically the main thing that I got from it was that hypertext isn’t about navigation. Navigation is in fact inconsequential.  It’s presence is there due to the requirement and creates an easy useable system for those who are using the ol’ wide wide.

The use of language can be very difficult because it is us that bring our own perception and links to everything we try and absorb! We may view something completely different to someone else, and then might in fact view it completely different to ourselves depending on mood or context.

For instance, we hear something a lecture says, we then write it down absorbing differently from his original thought process, put it on our blogs and then it is read completely differently. The author has no control over how the subject is going to read it, it is completely up to them.

This problem occurs regularly as many of us now log on to convey our thoughts. The romance of face to face contact has died and what we are left with is trying to read a tone of a piece that we can never be to sure of.
This is the case with hyper text as we can never be too sure what the author specifically means. This is mainly due to the fact that it is completely open to interpretation.
