yeah, and it’s not that haha I’m joking love. It’s that creepy I want to know what you are doing every second of every day love. It’s the love that sees me write like 100 appreciation letters to her daily, it’s the love where i cut out her eyes from photos and paste them on my wall.

Okay, it’s none of those, but I do absolutely adore her music.

She is the lead singer of the British indie folk band Daughter. The band originally just started out as her but has now grown into a trio, with Igor Haefeli and Remi Aguilella joining the band also.

Quick back story, they started out in 2010, when it was just her. She released two eps in 2010 and then another in 2011

Check out the track Medicine and also Youth. Both of them are amazing songs.
Her haunting voice coupled with beautiful guitar makes this ep absolutely outstanding.
I saw them recently and believe or no they are just as good live as they are in the studio. I feel that this is one of the most important things in music, being able to connect with your crowd when you  are staring at them in the eyes, and by god do they deliver. You will not regret giving them a listen.
