so I just wanted to write a quick update on how I am going, I feel like this week in particular writing or even noticing observations has become very difficult. I suddenly feel I have nothing to write about, or if I find something I don’t know what to say. Perhaps I’m trying too hard to notice things around me or perhaps I’m not looking hard enough. I think sometimes when I get very busy I forget to take the time to look around and observe things. I aim to try and take just 15 minutes a day and just look at whats around me wherever I am and just take notice of the things that are happening, whether it be just a bit of rain or someone falling over.  source.
