In media the very course we are doing and aim to make a career of, team work is crucial because there are very few if any careers in the media where you are not collaborative.

When working in a group you learn more effectively , retain work for longer and participate in more complex projects and develop skill. So what are some of our experiences

Solutions you need trust, autonomy and clarity

  1. honesty, openness, consistency and respect
  2. schedule in some good/ fun experiences
  3. you ned to identify and develop an identity and create a sense of unity within your group (key aspects, timetable, establish clear goals and effective communication procedures)
  4. team rules (people time and creative process management)
