Many times you can not seriously say that to achieve the best results because i working harder, what we need to do is to maximize the benefits of work each of us when we work as a group, based on the above points do, become a highly effective group will give us every a crew benefits. For example, leader of our group had not deliberately chosen actually, but naturally formed, Beth is our leader thought my heart, I believe that Fiona also think Beth is leather of our group, Beth naturally lead us forward, assign tasks, which is very good I think, because each of us can have a clear direction. In some groups, maybe all of group members is very strong, considerable strength, but if they do not want in a leader as the center forward together, just think of themselves as the most powerful one, then this group is going to failure.
Perhaps we are not the strongest of the group, but I believe that if we can do the above points, we can also make a satisfying work.
