Assignment 3 Research

Unfortunately last week I couldn’t make it to the Melbourne Museum excursion, so instead Camille asked me to look at and talk about an interactive app I’m intrigued by.

I thankfully remembered  I had this app installed on my laptop which is actually quite fun to play with (I ended up playing with it for about 20 minutes oops). The game ‘Bind: Brain teaser puzzle game requires you to connect same coloured dots without overlapping the lines, and to pass each level you must fill in all the squares on the game screen. There are heaps of levels, which makes it super easy to end up interacting with for ages.

I really enjoy how colourful and addicting this game is, once you start playing it’s really hard to stop, and I think the idea of creating something really really colourful and addictive is something I’d definitely like to develop further. I don’t know what exactly I would do, but addictiveness and bright and fun feel the app has is something I think I should definitely take into consideration.
