blog #81: timing is everything

I lead a fairly catastrophic life… between work and university, a social life and a personal life, from Adelaide to Melbourne – for the most part I am constantly running around trying to make sense of the crazy life that I lead. So, when I had a couple of days in lieu that I needed to use up before they expired, and the Adele concert that I was heading to back in Adelaide with my family all came about at the same time, I took this chance to head back to Adelaide and enjoy a break of some description. What I failed to realise when I was booking my flights nearly 2 months ago, was that I would be back at university and would have to fit this break into my timetable – a task that was never going to work in my favour.

I feel terrible that I couldn’t be at Networked Media’s second tutorial on Friday, as well as not being able to attend Lentara’s 2 tutorials on both Friday and Wednesday. I will be there to attend classes this Friday and I look forward to kicking everything into overdrive and diving deep into the information that I’ve missed out on from the classes that I was away for. The plus side of Networked Media is that the majority of the content is online, so while I have been away for a couple of classes, I can keep totally up to date with everything! Of course it will be a little intimidating, but I look forward to the challenge!
