Recording our demo proved to be a lot trickier than we had initially thought… clearly there is a lot of work that goes into a radio show! Our interviews with Celeste Mountjoy and Rob Corica went really well, and the banter between Isabelle and Sarah along with the songs was perfect – our downsides were a couple of minor mistakes in terms of connecting the interview as well as a microphone mishap. Everyone did really well with their jobs: Sarah was amazing on the mic; Isabelle did well as a presenter too and Em nailed panel operating. Of course, for a first show, not everything was going to go to plan but I’m certain that by our first show we will have a final product that is radio ready! I would like to think that I did a good job producing the demo – making sure everything went to plan as much as possible and we were keeping in with our time schedule and sticking to our run sheet.
