Week 5 – Practical
Today we presented Project Brief #2 individually to the class. It was terrifying.
Sally, Eliza and I were all shaking and sweating profusely at the thought of commenting on our work in front of the class, but it was fine at the end of the day.
I got some positive comments that my still images gave a good representation of my love of pop culture and that they also created a sense of atmosphere and cohesion to the overall theme of my video. We were introduced to a ‘coloured hat’ system where different colours represented different levels of feedback. This is used to de-personalise feedback, so people don’t get offended over constructive criticism.
We also borrowed some equipment and played around with them in preparation for Project Brief 3.
