In class, we used a great method to find out what is most bothering us for the moment in the studio. Given the time to think—>Writing down>Writing on the board>Voting. Great. Important to know how to identify the ideas from a group of people quickly and select the ones we care the most. Learning how to learn. Learning the methods.
Now to the blogging. Frankly, I do not like the idea of blogging in class, because I usually can’t write much when I don’t get to go through the subjects we talked about in class. Those were of a great interest for me and I think they deserve more attention and research. In addition, I find prompts are good to start, but it will later constrain our creativity and thought processes. I enjoy taking up a long time to produce a well-structured and complete piece. Still, it’s good to note down the first inspirations.
