All our guests are set, we have a poster draft and the video promotion is currently being edited.

I’ve been in contact with the immediate pre-production team to ensure that everything is progressing well which it is!
I need to get in contact with the design/art team to get them started on layout/organization of the day and also forward them the camera/tech setup. They need to get allocating what need to be setup and sourced. Hopefully we have enough time for it.

Text messages seem to be the best way to communicate with people and I’ve been getting a good response rate – which is really good!

I think things are coming together well at this point.
Tomorrow I will email the steering committee a full report of where we are and what we have to do and they can advise accordingly.
