Our current Media 1 Assessment, to create a media artefact in relation to the topic of Audience is definitely thought-provoking.
My group has chosen to create a blog exploring the ways in which the media and audience connect and interact.
I came up with the idea of doing a photo shoot with a subject standing in front of a projected screen. On the screen would be the various ways/representations of how we connect with and shape our surrounding media landscape.
More so than ever we are able to interact with media. Due largely to technological advancements. Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc all allow us to express art, opinions and thought as part of the audience and in return be found by the audience.
