I was particularly interested in Liam Ward’s speech at this weeks lecture. I have always loved editing, which was one of the reasons why I decided to complete my Certificate IV in Screen & Media last year.
Liam spoke about how editing creates meaning- and when you stop to think about it, it really does. One cut, one effect can make all the difference and change the mood of the end product.
He inspired me to consider the way I have been editing my self-portrait, which has lead me to make some changes to my content and the editing concept.
Whilst I was inspired by this weeks lecture, I still wished for dear Anne Lennox to return and admit that she was in fact Annie Lennox, announcing her Australian tour.
