No Light
I found it difficult to think of practical ideas for this specific sketch. I attempted to shoot outside at night, but then realised there needed to be some form of light source whether it be the moon or a light in the distance. I decided to shoot this doorway because the light that lightens up the frame is flat and dim so the light is not as obvious. The darkness in the room behind this doorway is eerie. I was contemplating shooting a dolly shot through the doorway, but my make-do dolly ideas were rough without the availability of my old skateboard. I decided to ask my sister to open the door slowly so there was some form of movement within the clip.
