this week’s reading continues to explore how characters morph in the context of different media, particularly social and online media

it feels like this is a subject stuck in a rut

i still stand by my opinion that a korsakow film can go too far in the growth of documentaries and become just an abstract art piece that really doesn’t document life. however, i do agree with dovey and rose’s idea that there is a sea of data now being created that is perfect for creating an exposition on people, cultures and everything else

even when i say no, you still make me do it

I don’t understand much but here is my attempt at commitment

1. Make brain/course reading connections
Complete each weekly reading and form a written opinion in response to the subject covered

2. Have skills, make them better
Put into practice technical skills by completing sketch constraint tasks, using tutorials from other websites, researching tools and programs used to create content within Integrated Media

3. There’s no I in TEAM but there’s an I in my name
Constructively participate in class discussions each week and make a valid contribution so that knowledge may expand/be built upon

4. Use that knowledge here and there
Create blog posts linking learned material with other media not directly related to anything covered in the subject

5. Do the things you’re supposed to do
Aim to complete all pre-set tasks such as sketch constraints and assessments so that there is documented progress of skill and creativity growth
