I decided to eat lunch at the benches on the Melbourne Central/Emporium overpass. There were so many things happening on the street below but I eventually decided to focus my attention on this one lady speaking on the phone outside a clothing store on the Emporium side.

She would often look right and left of the road appearing as though she was waiting for someone to arrive. She would also take a couple of steps back when a vehicle would stop and park in front of her signalling that she doesn’t know the person. She would also take careful steps around her original position on the pavement while she continues her conversation on the phone, primarily looking down on the ground completely unaware of the people dodging her as they walk past. She spoke on the phone for about 10 minutes before eventually going into the clothing store.
