Haiku Exercise

Last week in Media 1 we were given an exercise to create a video. In the video we were to use video clips we had taken in class, a piece of music provided, and a haiku either written within the video or voiced over. This is the result of the exercise:

As I have never used Adobe Premiere before I didn’t focus too much on the artistic or aesthetic element of this assignment. I used this as an opportunity to dip my feet in the water with Premiere. As I have only used Final Cut (pro and X) before I found the premier to be a tad more difficult. This is just ANOTHER moment in life where I praise the gods for youtube instructionals. Though the interface really isn’t difficult; I think I am in the adjustment phase. Good thing I tend to get obsessive about mastering programs. I’ll be up to 3 am next week learning/editing PB2 for sure!
