You know what’s awkward? This picture of a dog sitting on a cat.

You know what’s really awkward? When an extremely good-looking co-worker talks to you and you get flustered and turn red and trip over your own feet when you are standing still.

What’s even more awkward is when you take the sandwiches for the lunchroom down to the lunchroom and trip down the stairs and they all tumble down the stairs in front of the window of the lunch room where the said good-looking co-worker is peeping out from.

What’s even more awkward than this is when you add them on Facebook that night because for some reason you think maybe there’s a chance that he doesn’t think you’re a complete goofball and maybe you could be friends afterall.

but then he doesn’t accept.

What’s the most awkward of all is that I will be seeing mr pretty face next week at work.

He will know I have added him. I will know he declined me.

Things are going to get real, they are going to get tight, and most of all, they are going to get awkward.

I’ll keep you posted with the fallout.
