As well as the photos and the audios we also had to include 2 videos. I actually found this one the most difficult to think of things to film.. But! I did come up with something. So here are my two videos –

This is a video of my brother playing roller hockey (or in-line hockey). Ice hockey is by far my favourite sport (to both watch and play), however, the ice hockey scene in Australia is pretty small so a lot of people play roller hockey instead. It’s pretty much the same thing, just not on ice. I still love this version of the game and I watch both my brother and my boyfriend play every week.

This second video is of me walking in the park that is close by my house. I often go for walks to clear my head and I find it very soothing. I grew up in the country, surrounded by bush, so its very calming for me to be able to walk in a park and escape from the busy, city life.

This last video might be a bit repetitive, but I feel like it reflects a fair bit about how I feel living in the city. It shows the view of the city from the park, but also the seemingly endless forest within the park. I love sitting at this spot and just observing the hustle and bustle of the city (you can hear cars from that spot) from the safety and tranquility of the park. The juxtaposition between the bird sounds and the urban sounds make me feel connected to both the city and the bush.
