Brodie Lancaster is a writer and editor living in Melbourne. She was the Managing Editor of web video platform Portable TV from 2010 to 2012, and spent a year during that time working from the company’s office in New York City. She works full-time as the Social Media Manager at Lifelounge Agency and contributes writing to various publications. In 2012 she launched Filmme Fatales, a zine on women and cinema. Issue #1 (released in January 2013) focussed on women in their 20s, and issue #2 (June 2013) was all about music in film.

With a long history and understanding of the way we interact with brands and integrate digital technology into our lives, Jim brings a strong level of expertise to his role as TANK’s Executive Creative Director. He has worked across a wide array of disciplines from brand and digital strategy to design and advertising.

He has also taken leading roles The Australian Graphic Design Association as Victorian President, the Design Victoria Advisory Board and the RMIT Program Advisory Committee.

RICHARD LEIGH

Managing Director at Campfire Film Foundation

Richard Leigh is the founding director of the Campfire Film Foundation, a hybrid festival and distribution platform dedicated to using short films to promote honest discussion. It is funded by it membership base of schools who pay for access to films. 50% of profits are returned to filmmakers. Campfire started as an online festival in 2006 showcasing short films with meaning, ran its first live awards in 2009 at ACMI (Federation Square Melbourne), and in 2011 began trading as a not-for-profit company with the support of Social Traders. Richard is a documentary filmmaking graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts. He has worked on SBS and ABC television documentaries, was the senior producer at Video Education Australasia for 8 years, and produced private, government & community videos and TV commercials for Image Control before starting fulltime with Campfire in June 2011.

TOM NICKSON

Digital Communications Manager at Western Bulldogs

Tom Nickson is the digital Communications Manager for the Western Bulldogs as well as a freelance Sports Commentator & Announcer. Previously he has worked as a communications Manager at Athletics Victoria, a producer at SEN and a media assistant at South Dragons (NBL Basketball Team). A former national champion rower, Tom is a passionate fan of all sports with a keen interest in digital media.
