I have to say, I was nervous there. Thanks Joel he said a lot.

Actually I am not satisfy with what we have done. For the video, like the professor said in the class, it was a boring technical skills in video. I agree, but I actually not very interest in technical filming skills. I believe that simple isn’t easy. Personally, I have to say there was an accident when Nina was dealing with the video. She thought that we were doing video of Group 4 from Germany, but Group 7 actually. Why we didn’t find out this problem when she was discussing with us on video, because the location of Group 4 and 7 is the same, kitchen. The good news is, we found out this question before we submit it. However, we didn’t have too much time to make a new video, so keep using the one Nina made. That’s why it seems like not that related well in the video and audio.

1 min short film_The hat

Description:

This black hat, as you can see, it’s on the ground. The black, I have to say, resulting in a strong visual impact. The cover of this hat, in other words, the cover is designed in a pattern like ‘chapped ground’. Meanwhile, it is easy to find out that the inside material of this hat is really different to the outside material. The inside material isn’t glossy, more accurate, it is soft. Also, it is really dark to get into the hat so we can see it is really good at blocking sunlight. Oh yes there are decoration, obviously, couples of Adidas, on the main structure in hat. Why? I have no idea, people can’t see the Adidas if they don’t flip over. A little piece of label is also inside the hat, it is telling people that made in China. Beautiful hat, but because the camera I used to take this film is my phone, shaking to some extent can’t be avoided, and also it loses focus sometimes.

Group discussion

I have to say, this article is really interesting. It refresh my brain and ideology system.

In our discussion, I record some questions, and want to post them here.

#1 can’t really understand the sentence under the ‘Sky, earth and the weather, ‘between mind and nature, persons and things, and agency and materiality, no conceptual space remains for those very real phenomena and transformations of the medium that generally go by the name of weather.’

#2 just in the above sentence, what are the differences between things, agency, and materiality?? Maybe plus one, the medium.

 

Thursday studio update

Today, we back from the Easter break, most of everyone had a good holiday.

Today was my turn to bought some food for the afternoon tea, bread, grapes and an Asian snake. But it was seems like that many of them were not interested in the Asian snake I bought, a little disappointed. I understand it, after all, to them that snake is unknown to them.

Talking about the ‘movie moment’, we enjoy every groups projects, and wrote comments and thinking. I found out that this time, the each videos is improved, to a large extent. Personally, I am very interested in the one named ‘revolution’, am I said in current way? However, Adrian said to us that our videos and audios are not narrow enough, I though they are. Anyway, we will get better next time.

Just remind about my group video, which is done by me. I don’t know whether everyone figure out what I want to explicate and present in the video. What I was thinking on the video is that the optical theory and principle. A simple example is reflection. The light come in from the Convex lens of lens, go directly to the Photosensitive element of camera, then imaging. Moreover, the glasses the part is presenting that the camera and lens focal length imaging of the physical principles. Hopes they get my points?
