Developing Task Four: Initial Thoughts

Through my pitch from Task Three, I have developed a stronger understanding of what it is to create media and how individuals view and collate their own thoughts. Thus, I want to develop this further in my media making through a ten-photograph series based on wide angle shots (ie: the lens at 135mm) so the viewer of the piece then can describe back to myself what they notice about the piece and what they think the photograph is describing to them –  thus, reflecting on my view that media is subjective and what individuals take for themselves, not necessarily what the creator has set out for them.

Although I know what I want to explore for my final project, this idea can develop and change with my circumstances explored in Weeks 9 – 13 and how this can alter my own view and biases regarding the media landscape.
