I just read Tiana’s post about feeling the cold hard slap of reality and the uneasiness of being surrounded by such talented peers who have so much experience. This post really articulated a lot things I’ve been feeling all year, and it was a real comfort to hear these thoughts come from someone else as well, who knows maybe we can encourage each other to do something about our lack of experience.
