Above all, I hope to collect some much needed professional level experience on filmmaking as a collaborative process. I tied up between taking the TAFE course for its impressively high standard technical training or doing the bachelor and hence more theory work. So I was elated to hear that this semester we have the chance to learn and apply our skills to make a creative short film of our choice. I plan to engage fully with every aspect of this process all the way from pre-production to the editing rooms. I want to grasp the importance of planning every single outcome and to troubleshoot any problems that may arise throughout the filmmaking process.
