I think I might have found the solution to my problem!

I’d been digging on the internet for more inspiration (similar to my post last week) and found this incredible app. It’s called VHS Camcorder, and what it does is it puts a filter over the iPhone camera and turns your phone into a 1980’s-esque camera.I think the biggest problem I had with what I had already attempted was the fact that it had no aesthetic qualities about it. So I think it’s kind of funny, and a bit ironic that my solution to my stagnant progress is actually to go back in time essentially.

This app, I’m hoping, will change that due to fact that not only do the effects look awesome, but also the fact that it changes what you film to look melancholic, dark and even a bit sad. I’m going to have to do a few test shoots to make sure that it works but even so far while pointing the camera at basic things had an awesome effect.
