The second readings from Galloway was on Protocol: How Control Exist in Decentralization and I actually find it quite remarkable on how the codes of computers works. One thing that caught my attention was the DNS and IP address. To me, it is like a window or a door before accessing the information. For instance, if the user wants to search for a specific item in the internet, he has to go through a couple of steps before reaching it. IP addresses is like a door to it before reaching the government’s server. If it’s blocked, you can’t enter it and the information will go back to the user and gives a warning on it.
