“13 reasons why” is a TV show produced by Netflix. A story about how a high school student got bullied and decided to kill her self so she can get rid of her tragic life.

This show is extremely depressing yet addicting. Every single episode of it just refreshes your impression of a fucked up life. The show actually makes you feel bad and depress you however you just want to keep watching it because you want to know the truth. The cast of it is absolutely stunning, every single one of them can tell you a story by one eye contact. You can see the fear, the evil and the anger in their eyes. These emotions are what makes the show so real and attractive.

In my opinion the main purpose of the show is showing people how bullies can affect a person’s life so parents and schools can pay more attention to this bully situation happening all over the world and maybe it could save a lot of teenagers lives. However the depressiveness of it and the poems mentioned in the song kind of made suicide sound like a “relief” for those having a tragic life. That is why it is not allowed to be discussed in some schools in Canada.

This TV show is absolutely amazing. There is no doubt about that. But I think instead of banning this show, schools should have paid more attention to the bully problems, if not that many children are affected by it, maybe TV shows like “13 Reasons Why” would not even exist.

I would recommend you guys to watch the show, but do not get too involved. I wouldn’t watch it again because it is just too depressing for me.
