Today has been a typical Melbourne morning: sunny and extremely windy.  I am definitely expecting some rain tonight.  I headed out for my morning run- it’s becoming a ritual of late- Wake, run, shower- begin the day.

I headed into the city, purely to attend my Networked Media class.  My mind ready from the excitement of yesterdays new beginning.  Blogging has never been something I have ever fancied or toyed with, but the idea of having a digital voice is becoming more and more appealing.  I can control who I am, I can become some one I am not and I can become someone I have never been- someone new.  Or, I can be myself.  I think exploring myself as a person is going to be the most beneficial, personally and to create a following.  So many blogs these days are filled with unrealistic, unachievable lifestyles that are completely unrealistic. I don’t want this blog to be a false image of a life I wish to lead.  I want to be real and I want people to see me for who I am.
