Lecture #2

Adrian fools the students with a quick and simple rhyme:
Adrian: Whats rhymes with top and and can be bought at a butcher?
Students: Chop
Adrian: What do you do at a green light?
Students: Stop
Adrian: You just failed your driving test.

Without even thinking we rhymed by saying stop, knowing that you go at a green light our unconsciousness forced our brains to rhyme. As rhyming is a foundation of literacy that has been embedded into our brains, I found this concept so interesting that we automatically did something that was totally incorrect just to abide by a simple literacy rule.
