In this class today, we took a look at each others self-portrait projects using the ‘six thinking hats’ theory by Edward de Bono. The hats we focused on using to give criticism were the red, yellow, black and yellow hats.

In groups we showed each of our projects and then provide positive and negative feedback as well as our initial feeling and creative alternatives to each project. I really enjoyed looking at everyone’s work as it was interesting to see everyone’s own personal take on the project. It was actually quite funny as almost all of our project included a part about trains, which is probably due to the fact that the majority of us catch the train to university.
