Although I am happy with the initial shots I have done, due to time constraints and availability I wasn’t able to get in a second round of filming for my experimentation with coloured lighting shots. When filming the first shots using coloured lightning I did keep in mind that I might not get another opportunity to film again with the girls, but in the case of a second shootings I dubbed the first day as ‘test shots’, although they are now my finalise shots. My disorganised self prevailed and I was left with only one day worth of shots (although there were plenty to fish through). The fact that I only had the one batch of shots however had its positives in the fact that I was able to familiarise myself with the footage and concentrate solely on experimenting with certain shots. I had lots of fun experimenting with the shots of the girls on the bed which I chose to use in my final sequence in my presentation. I also actually experimented with layering of audio within the shots and music which actually turned out really well, and helped me utilise text within the shots as well. I wish I had a chance to shoot the green lightning in my garage as I was looking forward to that but I think it would’ve been quite cramped in there anyhow with all the gym equipment in there.
