Before i begin, i found this reading particularly hard to understand with terminology that i was unfamiliar with. However, what i did gain an understanding of was how hypertext is weaving its way into almost everything; online books, online in general and even an online bible, exemplifying forms of transition between textuality and hypertextuality. To be perfectly honest though, i find myself lost in the mixture of words as they don’t seem to work together to make sense in my mind. I definitely need to explore more about hypertext as it is a huge contributor to online activity and will be doing so in the upcoming weeks, will definitely re-read this reading and inform you on what i gain when have a better understanding.
I guess this blog post seems unnecessary but it acts as a reminder of things i need to teach myself about.
