So on Friday I’m starting my ABC production internship from 10am-6pm, I’m not sure what my role will involve but I look forward to getting involved, especially with a channel that I grew up watching. This is exciting yet nerve-wracking, as I wasn’t expecting to be able to start until July.

I was set to start a new show on Friday night called The Leak for Channel 31/RMITV but luckily it’s just a technical rehearsal this week so at least it’s not the proper live show. I won’t be writing anything about my internship on here for confidentiality reasons (II’ve signed forms and Paul also emphasised this in the lectorial) and I also don’t really need to share what’s going to happen publicly as it’s a learning experience for me alone. An experience that I think people should listen to Paul’s advice about and start trying to gain.

I’m just writing this post as a reminder for myself in the future and to share the fact that I’m finally on my way, whatever that means, and I have a feeling this will be an enlightening experience.
