• Describe one moment in the scene that you think works well, and why

I think our decision to change the ending worked well, the way one of the characters is staring at her phone while saying all this really deep stuff and then the added twist of her just looking at cat videos the entire time made it a creative take on the script. I think we took the script and improved upon it. The script was pretty bare bones and malleable so it allowed us to improvise.

• Describe one moment in the scene that you think doesn’t work, and why

I think the back and fourth between the two characters could have been snappier and more succinct. This could have been done through improved camera work, editing or improvement in dialogue.

• Explain one thing you would do differently if you were to repeat this exercise 

I wasn’t really feeling extremely creative that day so I don’t feel like I let myself meet my creative potential. I think my group worked extremely well together despite never talking to each other before this assignment. So I don’t really feel like there was an issue on that front at all. I would just improve my skills as the person behind the camera next time and try to think of new ways to approach shooting the scene.
