I’ve wanted to edit myself a showreel for a while now – today I finally had the time (and effort) to do so.
I wanted it to be short, fast-paced and engaging – hopefully this ‘first draft’ attempt is a step in the right direction to achieving this. It presents a sample of my film/video work from the last 2-3 years. I was thinking about also including my photography work, however I decided that this would probably slow the reel down (for the time being I have made an online photography portfolio instead).
I’ll admit this is a little rough around the edges, but at the moment I don’t have excessive amounts of footage to choose from and I mainly wanted to have something ‘tangible’ that I could send to family/friends/potential employers.
