“Behind you” is a music video. The storyline in the video tells a girl’s love for an admiring boy. More is the emotion of unrequited love. Express the girl’s feelings about the boy she likes and fear. The music in the video is a freestyle from my friend. Although the song is not perfect, I think the rhythm of the song is in line with the mood I want to convey.

In my creative process, I try many different types. In the beginning, I wanted to try to shoot a short experimental film. When I finished the storyboard and script, I found that I still had many shortcomings. I can’t reach the level of making an experimental film based on my recent experience alone. After experiencing many failures and hitting walls, I chose the music video. When making this video, I listened to this song many times and built the image I wanted in my mind. Then I go to make a storyboard and draw the picture I imagined with a pen. To get more professional knowledge, I watched the experiences shared by many bloggers on YouTube, which helped me very well. I watched a lot of music videos by other artists. These videos also gave me a lot of inspiration.
